The overall goal of the program is to increase the number of STEM graduates by providing financial, academic, and social supports, which enables qualified students to overcome certain barriers that prevent them from meeting their educational and career goals. In 2016, 40 new applications were received and 6 new awards were made. In this poster, major activities and outcomes of supported students during the 2016- 2017 academic year are presented.
