Two types of sensilla were observed; (1) setiform, and (2) basiconic. Both forms of sensilla were aggregated in the distal region of the cibarium surrounding a hard palate, with the basicones being medially positioned and the setiforms lateral. Additionally, two pairs of basiconic sensilla were consistently observed in the proximal end (i.e., stomodaeum) of the cibarium in every individual examined.  </p><p> </p>}, number={1}, journal={Proceedings of the West Virginia Academy of Science}, author={Humbert, Austin Alexina and Joy, James E.}, year={2017}, month={Apr.} }
