Nota bene: Glenville State University is providing a complimentary morning coffee break, lunch buffet, and an afternoon coffee break for all registered meeting attendees on the day of the meeting, April 6, 2024. Vegetarian options are available.

Registration & Abstract Submission

Registration and abstract submission are now open for the West Virginia Academy of Science 2024 meeting. All attendees must register for the conference. At least one of the authors of a presentation must be a WVAS member in good standing at the time of the conference. WVAS Membership is included as part of the Annual Meeting fee for Students and Junior Academy personnel; however, Faculty, Professionals, Recruiters, and Vendors must pay WVAS membership dues separately from their Annual Meeting fees.

Abstract Submission Instructions:

To submit an abstract for the annual meeting, please follow these instructions. The deadline for abstract submission is March 18, 2024.

 

Annual Meeting Registration:

Fill out the meeting registration form below and remit payment.

For Institutional Memberships (up to 10 attendees), prior to submitting payment, contact the WVAS Treasurer Tom Russell with an email heading “WVAS institutional/corporate membership for ___”. Please provide your institution's name in the heading and list the names of those attending within the body text.

Future Meetings

The 99th Annual Meeting of WVAS will be held at (a location to be determined) in spring of 2025.
