WVAS Meeting Abstract Deadline March 18
2024-03-14The abstract deadline for the upcoming meeting is Monday, March 18.
You can also register for the meeting at this time using our new and improved interface.
New for this year: graduate, undergraduate, and junior academy students gain complimentary WVAS membership as part of their annual meeting registration fee. For institutional memberships, please contact the WVAS Treasurer, Tom Russell, and provide the list of students prior to submitting any fees.

2023-04-19Greetings WVAS Annual Meeting Presenters and Members! We are fast approaching the meeting on April 22nd. Please see the schedule attached. The Oral Session assignments and Poster numbers will be in the full program available today. You can check out the published Abstracts in the current issue of PWVAS. https://pwvas.org/index.php/pwvas/issue/view/108 Note: that the WVAS Annual Meetings require BOTH a purchase of Membership AND a Registration fee. These purchases can be conveniently done now (links below) or in person at the conference. You will also need to fill out a Registration form (attached). Note: that for those arriving on Friday, there will be entertainment from Professors Tim Mainland and Maggie Jusiel who will be performing
