Presentation instructions

Dear presenters at the 100th WVAS meeting:   Oral presentations.  Talks are scheduled to be 10 - 12 minutes in length with 1-3 minutes for questions (15 minutes max for the presentation plus Q&A).  Presenters will be required to advance their own slides.     All presenters are required to upload a powerpoint file (.pptx) or pdf file containing the slides for your presentation this google drive folder:  Your filename should be the last name of the presenter.  For example, the filename for my oral presentation file would be Horzempa.pptx.   The deadline for upload is 4/17/26 by 12:00 pm.   Poster presentations.  Your poster should be no more than 48" wide x 36" high.  Please bring a cardboard trifold for mounting your poster.  The cardboard trifolds can be purchased locally at a retail store or online here: option 1  or here Option 2.  You should also bring binder clips to attach your poster to the trifold.     If you have any questions, please do not 'reply all'.  Email joseph.horzempa@westliberty.edu or deanna.schmitt@westliberty.edu
