This project focuses on designing and implementing Kinesi, a mobile and Web app designed to improve adherence to Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) for physical rehabilitation. The primary objective for this project is to create a secure, easy to use, and rich-featured user interface for HEP service providers.

We started our project with architectural design to identify best practices and components to build the prototype. This included investigating optimal backend technologies, frontend design frameworks, and communication protocols. The technology stack adopted for the project including Python (Flask) for the backend, and HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (Tailwind CSS) for the frontend. The Reactive Native was adopted for the mobile app development. For the user interface, we have analyzed similar platforms and reviewed informational articles to ensure an optimal user experience. We then adopted the UX/UI design principle and FigMA for the user interface and developed a Figma prototype to outline the necessary components and layout. The project is currently an on-going effort.
